Ensurem's DTC Chat Bot Named Emma:
Electronic Medicare Assistant
Emma represents a revolutionary approach to healthcare enrollment. Our interactive bot, developed to evolve alongside our company, engages consumers by asking pertinent questions and guiding them toward optimal Medicare or Medicaid programs catered to their specific needs. As our engineering department crafted this virtual agent, it became clear that a tangible identity was necessary. Thus, Emma was brought to life through meticulous character studies, identifying traits that resonated with our audience.Research revealed that power stances conveyed strength, knowledge, and confidence, while characters with glasses were perceived as more approachable. Working closely with skilled 3D character animator Justin Tirado, I collaborated to bring Emma to fruition, ensuring her portrayal aligns seamlessly with our mission and values.
I contributed to various aspects of Emma's design and appearance, as well as developing the backend logic for the direct-to-consumer (DTC) experience. My role extended to shaping the overall aesthetic of the DTC platform, ensuring a cohesive and visually appealing
user experience. Additionally, I served as the producer for the Medicare educational video series, overseeing its creation from concept
to execution.

I collaborated with Impact consultancy to co-design and co-create exhibit spaces for a convention expo. This involved overseeing the overall layout and flow of the exhibit booth and a two-story meeting/conference center, including the selection of materials, layout of meeting rooms, check-in booth, and placement of Tesla vehicles. Additionally, I contributed to the development of promotional materials, mailers, digital assets, social media content, and pre-event marketing initiatives.
Coca-Cola: March Madness Music
I led the 3D construction of onstage graphics for the March Madness concert, which included creating a mock-up 3D stage to visualize the experience for the client. I was responsible for the concept, design, and execution of all on-screen graphics, including the "up next" lineup and graphics for Powerade, Coke Zero, and more.

Powerade National Athletic Trainers Association
MELT orchestrated a dynamic experience merging guerrilla marketing, an immersive on-site setup, and compelling marketing materials to amplify Powerade's narrative. I played a pivotal role in crafting TV monitor digital ads, compiling commercials, and designing print/signage elements.
Leading up to the event, I contributed to the pre-event communication strategy, creating impactful emails introducing attendees to Powerade's new online store and showcasing product offerings. Those who RSVP'd for the booth event were rewarded with personalized "Just a Kid" t-shirts.
During the convention, our team curated a visually captivating display showcasing the "Just a Kid" campaign, complete with a sampling bar to showcase new flavors. Visitors to the booth were engaged in a brief survey, receiving a commemorative Powerade squeeze bottle as a token of appreciation.

Changing the face of Insurance:
Las Vegas Convention
In my role as Creative Director at First Financial Security, I oversaw the entire visual aspect of our events. This encompassed managing lights, music, and graphics for looping video content displayed on monitors, as well as on-screen graphics during the event. I also designed and branded all presentations to align with FFS standards.
Additionally, I was responsible for creating chachskies, print materials, signage, and social media posts to enhance our brand presence. Collaborating closely as the Producer with the videographer and photographer, I ensured we captured specific footage and images needed to elevate our visual storytelling.
